📏 Comment bien prendre tes mesures ?

1️⃣ Tour de dos (sous la poitrine) :

Place le mètre bien droit sous ta poitrine et autour de ton dos.

  • ✔️ Pas serrée : posé naturellement
  • ✔️ Un peu serrée : ajusté
  • ✔️ Très serrée : serré au max sans douleur

2️⃣ Tour de poitrine :

Place le mètre au point le plus large de ta poitrine, sans serrer.

  • ✔️ Debout : mesure classique
  • ✔️ Penchée en avant : pour épouser la forme naturelle
  • ✔️ Allongée sur le dos : pour équilibrer les mesures

💡 Astuce : Ne serre pas le mètre et assure-toi qu’il reste parallèle au sol.
